Andre Perreault
Andre's first stationary ride was a 12 minute cardio session on a garden variety clunker 12 years ago. Since then he’s become a hard core roadie and spent 3 seasons with the BC cycling team. Andre is an all around fitness junkie and you’re likely to find him in the pool or hitting the weights as much as on a bike. Andre has been leading Spin classes at Boston College for the last 3 years and finds a real passion in it. His rides follow a good combination of popular name bands (e.g. Sting, Fallout Boy, Snow Patrol) and techno (e.g. Juno Reactor, Moby, Paul Oakenfold). Andre’s rides follow a steady rhythm aiming for an outdoor riding pace. If you like solid workouts – from up-beat flats to crankin’ hills – then open yourself to the music, follow his lead, and have a great ride.
Mary Kate Dillon
Mary Kate is a registered nurse a mother of 4 and a bundle of energy! Spinning for over 6 years has been a tremendous contributor to maintaining her sanity. The reason she spins? “Easy……..so I can eat as much as I want! Especially strawberry shortcake and red wine.” 2nd reason: “ I need the energy to keep up with my kids”. She loves requests from riders in her classes which has opened her eyes to a wide variety of music from the 60’s thru today. Other interests include skiing, boating, tubing, fishing, and beach body surfing (“nobody can beat me”). Come check her out!
